These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, Marketplace, Payment Gateway, and agent-powered financial access services operated by Tradecraft Ventures ("Tradecraft Ventures," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing a service package, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Tradecraft Ventures is a Pakistan-based technology and financial access company. We provide:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. If you are using our services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms. Certain financial access services may be subject to additional eligibility, verification, or documentation requirements under applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Marketplace listings represent hourly consultancy and service packages — such as technical audits, development sprints, training sessions, and advisory engagements — rather than physical goods. As such, there is no physical shipping involved in a Marketplace purchase. Once purchased, a service package will be scheduled and delivered in accordance with our Exchange & Delivery Policy, and is subject to our Refund Policy. Scope, deliverables, and timelines for a given package are as described in the applicable Marketplace listing or a mutually agreed statement of work.
Merchants using our Payment Gateway to accept or process payments must comply with all applicable financial services, anti-money laundering, and consumer protection regulations in Pakistan, as well as any onboarding, know-your-customer (KYC), or settlement requirements we or our banking and payment partners impose. Tradecraft Ventures acts as a technology aggregator facilitating payment processing and does not guarantee the availability, uptime, or performance of any third-party payment rail, bank, or scheme beyond what is contractually agreed. Merchants remain responsible for their relationship with their own customers, including disputes, refunds, and chargebacks arising from the goods or services they sell.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tradecraft Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable law. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by posting an updated "Last updated" date on this page or notifying you directly. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
